After opening the app, the page is divided into three general segments:

### **Import**

Use the **Import** function to add DICOM files from any location on your computer to the **Local Worklist** for review and rendering. Files stored in the Local Worklist remain on your device and will **never** leave your computer unless you manually upload or delete them.

**Note:** When importing from a disc, the process may take up to **3 minutes**. During this time, the application may appear unresponsive, but it is **not frozen**. A loading progress indicator will be added in a future update.

### **Local**

The **Local** tab displays your **Local Worklist**, which contains all DICOM studies you have imported into the application.

### **Login**

In the **Login** tab, you can sign in to the **Nexus-MD platform** to access your cloud-stored patient studies.

### **Help Button**

Opens a link to this support page.

### **Settings**

Located under the gear icon, the **Settings** menu provides access to the app version, helpful tools, and the **Log Out** option.

### **2. Worklist and Study List**

The main area of the page displays all studies available for you to review.

* **Local Tab:**\
  In the Local tab, the list is organized by **study**, with each row representing a single study you have imported.
* **All Other Tabs:**\
  In all other tabs, each row represents a **patient**. Selecting a patient will expand to show all studies associated with that patient.
